The Purple Doors Band played for the Methodist Family Health and their fundraising event, The Big Dam Bridge Walk for Children, benefiting the children of Methodist Family Health on August 3, 2007.

On Saturday June 16, 2007 from 12:00 pm till 1:00 pm, The Purple Doors played for the dedication of Saracen Landing, Pine Bluff's new lakefront development. An open house throughout the day will featured crafts, farmers market, entertainment and children's activities.

The Purple Doors played at the 31st annual Hope Watermelon Festival in Hope, Arkansas on August 11, 2007.

The Purple Doors CD was featured January 19th on “The AM Show” with Mark Keith on KXAR radio in Hope, AR and KTPA in Prescott, AR. KXAR and KTPA are sister stations that simulcast the “AM Show” each weekday.

The Purple Doors enjoyed worshiping with Faith United Methodist Church in Little Rock at a Friday night Praise Concert on November 17th and at an Advent Service on December 10th. Pics are up in the "Photos" section.

Our return trips to Methodist Behavioral Hospital in Maumelle and Methodist Residential Treatment Center in Little Rock were a lot of fun! You guys really know how to sing and have a good time! We look foward to seeing you again soon!

We had a great time playing at Camp Tanako in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Over 100 youth from Fayetteville, Springdale, Batesville, Searcy, West Helena, Magnolia, Little Rock and Maumelle were present to sing and worship! Pics are up in the "Photos" section.

The recording session with the kids of First Methodist and Lakeside Methodist at Vacation Bible School on July 20th was a success! Pictures are now up on the "Photos" page from The Methodist Children's Home and Arkansas Cares worship concerts in Little Rock on June 25th.
Music does truly bridge gaps as the Purple Doors experienced at Methodist Behavioral Hospital in Maumelle, Arkansas on June 18th. The youth were very enthusiastic and enjoyed the music and ministry that we experienced together. Pictures are now up on the "Photos" page.
The Purple Doors were warmly recieved by residents of Trinity Village Retirement Center on June 4, 2006 where they led a Vesper Worship Service. Pictures from the event up in the "Photos" section. Also, a short video clip from the Trinity Village Vesper Service is online.
The Purple Doors will be playing at Camp Tanako in Hot Springs, Arkansas for the youth of Methodist Children's Home and Methodist Behavioral Hospital on Friday, August 4, 2006.
The Purple Doors will be playing at the Methodist Behavioral Hospital in Maumelle, AR on June 18th at 4:00 PM, and The Methodist Children's Home Residential Treatment Center in Little Rock, AR on June 25th at 3:30 PM.
The Purple Doors will also be playing for Arkansas Cares, a division of UAMS providing residential substance abuse prevention and treatment to women with children, on the Methodist Childrens Home Campus in Little Rock, AR on June 25th at 5:30 PM
The concert at the Women's Prison on April 30th was a blast! Pics of the concert are now up in the "Photos" section. The concert was recorded live.
